The Classic is an extra virgin olive oil with a very delicate flavour and scent, obtained from accurately selected olives according to size and level of ripeness.

Its cultivars are predominantly Ogliarola Salentina and Leccino, two varieties that are able to give us a young but sweet oil, perfectly suited to the most sensitive palates. It is a gentle but pleasantly fruity oil, golden yellow in colour with hints of green, with a typically delicate and light aroma that does not alter the aromas of your dishes. Those who have the pleasure of tasting it extol its harmonious and fragrant fruitiness. Classico' extra virgin olive oil, used either raw or after short cooking, is ideal for everyday cooking.
