We want to bring our extra virgin olive oils on the tables of the most famous restaurants and on the shelves of the best shops in Italy and all over the world. We wish to spread the values of both quality and excellence of the true extra virgin from olives directly picked from the trees of our farm in Puglia.

The oil mill located in the same place as the harvesting, allows us to shorten the transformation times in order to preserve at best the fruit quality and freshness, keeping all its organoleptic characteristics unchanged.
