The Novello “PrimEvo” Extra Virgin Olive Oil is obtained from our olives harvested green, pressed the same day and bottled up immediately after the milling. It is not filtered, nor decanted.
It is cold pressed to preserve all the aromas, antioxidants and organoleptic properties of an excellent freshly milled extra virgin olive oil.
Ideal for use both cooked and raw, with vegetables, dairy products, legume soups, salads, truffled dishes.
It can only be purchased in the period from the beginning of the harvest until the end of February.
