The Extra Virgin Olive Oil Novello “PrimEvo” is obtained from our green olives, pressed on the same day and bottled immediately after the milling. It is neither filtered nor decanted.
It is cold pressed in order to maintain all scents, antioxidants and organoleptic properties of a just milled excellent extra virgin olive oil.
It is ideal to use during cooking as well as straight from the bottle, with vegetables, dairy products, legume soups, salads, truffled dishes.
It can only be purchased in the period between the beginning of harvesting until the end of February.
